This
year is very sweet for me.
Stable
condition is a term, Doctors
use
to describe a condition that there
is
no cure for. We pray each visit to
the
Doctor that this is not the one
that
shows another pop up of cancer cells. Each visit is a
stress of +10 .
This
year was even more so. Sept 27th I received very good
news from my
Doctor.
Still
stable condition, and he doesn't want too see me for
another 4 months. Instead of every 3 months. The longer
I go between pops the better chance of a complete cure.
This
year I deceided to do something a little different on
my story pages.
Marianne
a poet and friend composed two poems.
For
All that is fighting the fight!
Thank
you Marianne.
WE HONOR IN OCTOBER....
There is a disease among the most evil
but if you get it don't think life is dark as night
There are ways to cure it and ways to prevent it
you just have to rise, take the battle, and fight
In October we honor all you who survived it
and spread the awareness and make women take care
And all the strong messages of survival and awareness
are out there like beacons, from women wanting to share
And all those who strive to find the true answer
that will eventually result in a permanent cure
this month we are also honoring you
without you, no survivors, for sure
My prayer now is that the messages will spread
just like wildfire now, all over the world
We owe to ourselves to care for our health
we're worth it, so let survival stories be heard!

I pray for a cure everyday,
We
have come a long way
but not far enough.
Researchers
work hard to find a cure!
We
all can help with this fight.
Donations
to
The
American Cancer Society is one way.
Another
is to ask a Cancer victim.
Offer
to help any way you can.
Don't
be afraid to ask.
Best
way to Prevent cancer and to find it, is to do self
exams. American Cancer Society and the National Breast
Cancer organization can help with intructions. Plus,
your Doctor is the best source.
If
you find a lump, get it checked out fast.
Do
not wait.
If
a Doctor gives you excuses, go to another Doctor.
It's
Your Right for a 2nd opinion. I fought hard for patients
rights here in my town right after I was dignosed. We
now have the Patients rights, write up given to all
patients at our Hospitals and Clinics.
Locally
I am known as the Lady that was not suppose to live.
My Doctor fought right along with me. 7 Years is a long
fight and I continue to fight.
THAT'S A SURVIVOR
Been down to count but never beaten
chewed on perhaps but not eaten
risen like Phoenix up again
That's a survivor, one who will gain
Shattered in pieces but can get whole
can put together body and soul
and rise, stand tall and take the fight
That's a survivor, who doesn't know night
Down in a deep hole but knows her way out
with inner strength she will make it, no doubt
The inner strength everyone has inside
is what makes a survivor - stands strong, doesn't slide

Good
news today.
Saw
my,Doctor today, to find out results of cat scan.
I am at a stand still for now.
Cancer
is not growing, just there.
Chemo
did what it was suppose to do. Beat it back to a point that
I can take a maintance type drug once a month. This is good
news for me.
So
once a month I have my Bone Infusion IV and an maintance
drug injection.
I
am very happy. It may not be a cure, but I can travel, I
can get my energy back, put some weight back on. Enjoy life.
!!
Pray
that this lasts for a long time!
Celebration
Time for me !!!
